We have the following roles:
- Manager SHEQ RDC (Kinshasa): Excellent skills in implementing a SHEQ system and maintaining it. Change and improve behaviour and attitude for the better of employees to put SHEQ as the first priority before any work. Monitor the company's SHEQ improvement projects and be the focal point for customers and suppliers of products and services. Manage a SHEQ team. Achieve results quickly. Proven experience in SHEQ (degree and/or experience in DRC or elsewhere). English advantageous. Rigorously follow ISO 45001, 14001, 9001 certification procedures and conduct internal audits. Staff training. Weekly and monthly progress updates and reports to management. Non-exhaustive list of responsibilities. Expatriate or local contract.
- High-Power Generator Technician (Kinshasa, Lubumbashi): Synchronisation, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, Perkins engine mechanics. Extensive experience in heat engine mechanics, electronics and electricity. Installation of generators (electrical clearance). Expatriate or local contract depending on your profile and our requirements.
- Power Telecom Technician (All of the DRC): electro-mechanical maintenance of generator sets and power equipment (BBS, rectifier, AVR, etc.) at telecoms sites. Required: Car and motorbike driving licence, excellent diesel engine mechanical skills, rigorous, electro-mechanical technical diploma, inquisitive, proven experience in generator maintenance and repairs (references required). English is an advantage. Local contract depending on your profile and our requirements.
- Refuelling Technician (Kinshasa): refuelling telecoms sites. What's required: integrity, honesty, competence, IT know-how. Handling of smartphone applications. Knowledge of electronics. Field work. Local contract depending on your profile and our requirements.
- Agent Network Operating Center (Kinshasa, Goma): Remote monitoring of telecoms sites and real-time management of field technicians. Skills: Very good pressure management, technical background, excellent time management, customer focus. Local contract depending on your profile and our requirements.
- Commercial (Kinshasa, Lubumbashi): Sales and marketing (digital and physical). Requirements: Dynamic, presentable, marketing and sales background. English advantageous. Technical knowledge of generators. Proven B2B sales and marketing experience. Expatriate or local contract depending on your profile and our requirements.
